Bep is harvesting new vintage in Burgundy!

End of September- beginning of October it is the period called les vendanges in France -Wine harvest. This year our Sous Chef Marc Arthur Baralla went back home in Bourgogne- Burgundy- home of the Pinot Noir. That region is mainly known for the delicate taste of the Pinot Noir like Romanee Conti, Gevrey Chambertin, Chambolle Musigny ( vineyards I used to harvest when I was teenager). However Marc went back to his roots in the terroir he grew up of Chassagne Montrachet and Massagne/Santenay. He harvested in some exquisite Organic and Biodynamic vineyards. Following his advices, we will serve soon some Biodynamic and Organic wines.
Please also read that article explaining the particularity of Burgundy and check the photos of Marc at work.
Bonnes Vendanges a tous!
