Saigon Traffic

Sometimes people ask me to describe Saigon (HCMC). The most mesmerizing thing I could think is certainly the traffic, the constant flow of mopeds, motorcycles. People in LA live in their cars, people from Saigon live on their mopeds. That is a big part of the energy of that city without it Saigon won't be what it is.
