This Monday is Crepe day! The special today is Banh Xeo- Vietnamese crepe filled with beansprount pork and shrimp. We have also the pleasure to host our friend Nan from France, who is going to make his "famous" traditional French crepe as dessert. His recipe comes from the famous chef in France Jacques Antoine Dufour. So if you want to enjoy some tastes of Vietnam and Bretagne, come by Bep. An and Nan

On monday June 16th, we had the pleasure to serve Tiki Barber, the former running back of the NY Giants. As I grew up in France I mainly follow soccer but since I moved to US, my cousin Don VU (co-owner of Gargyle www.gargyle.com) convert me to Football and I spent a lot of sundays with him following football but still love soccer more ;).
