DECOR IS NICE OK. I DID HALF OF IT MYSELF (WHEN NEW SOLE-OWNER WAS AWAY OR HAD NO CLUE) BUT REST IS ANYTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL. GET OUT BEFORE YOU GET STUCK OR WORST.
