First review on serious eats.

Bep just received its first review from the site Serious eats. I am glad that they like some of the dishes I made. It is very exciting however I would still have to work on improving on some dishes. I am working on setting a new menu for Spring.

I am currently in SF and I am discovering such amazing places to eat which are very inspirational. Here are few of them. I went to Bar Crudo focused on raw seafood dishes...un delice!!!! a big thank you to Andrew. I also went to an old SF instituion called Swan Oyster Depot...great raw bar for cheap with an old diner feeling.

Already pass one month thanks to you!!!

Bep already pass a month, actually yesterday was the Sixth monday. So far Bep has been busy and full thanks to all of you who came to support and enjoy the food. So I just want to thank everyone for the support and I hope I will be able to satisfy more your appetite.

Frenchnamese

I met last Monday at Bep a guy, his name is Nam. He is a French- Vietnamese like me and it seems he is really into "charcuterie", he is making terrines, rillettes et boudin. I am a huge fan of boudin noir. Boudin noir is a sausage made out of pig blood. It is delicious especcially with sauteed apples. I hope to try his boudin soon. Please come to check his blog.
